With the triumph, Beech Grove upgrades its record to 5-15 on the year. The Hornets host Tri-West Hendricks (Lizton, IN) to play the Bruins in a Hoosier Legends game on Tuesday, May 5. The Bruins enter the contest with a record of 14-5.

The Bulldogs now hold a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Wapahani for a non-league contest on Monday, May 4. Centerville will face a Raiders squad coming off a 11-4 non-league loss to Frankton (Frankton, IN). The Raiders record now stands at 1-11.
