The Orioles (10-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Muncie Central (Muncie, IN). The Bearcats enter the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Muncie Central nipped Cowan (Muncie, IN), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Highlanders meet the Southwood Knights (Wabash, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 5. Floyd Central will attempt to move on its 7-2 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Bluffton (Bluffton, IN).
