California High School Baseball - Goldwater loses to Burroughs
The Burroughs Indians baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Goldwater Bulldogs to 0 in the Indians non-league victory on Monday.
The Indians (2-7) will now prepare for their match against Quartz Hill (Quartz Hill, CA). The Rebels go into the non-league challenge with a 7-4 record. In their last challenge, Quartz Hill beat Hennessey (Hennessey, OK), 12-1, in a non-league challenge.
With the defeat, Goldwater falls to 1-6 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Chandler (Chandler, AZ) to encounter the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 20. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 3-7.
