Elko Indians (Elko, NV) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the visiting Coleville Wolves (Coleville, CA), 60-46 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Elko upgrades its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Reed (Sparks, NV) to play the Raiders in a North - High Desert bout on Friday, January 8. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 1-8.

Next up, the Wolves play the Sierra Lutheran Falcons (Minden, NV) in a West 1A bout, on Tuesday, January 5. Coleville will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 62-31 non-league win over Herlong (Herlong, CA).
