The Hatch Valley Bears (Hatch, NM) softball routed the visiting Hot Springs Tigers (Truth or Consequences, NM), 13-3 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Bears (8-8) will now prepare for their bout against Silver (Silver City, NM). The Fighting Colts go into the 4A District 3 bout with a 13-3 record.
