Whitney Wildcats (Rocklin, CA) backers exited the stadium satisfied Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the visiting Vista del Lago Eagles (Folsom, CA), 15-7 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Whitney improves its record to 19-2 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills, CA) to play the Trojans in a non-league game on Saturday, May 3. The Trojans come into the game with a record of 18-4. Oak Ridge won 12-5 in their recent non-league game against Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA)

The Eagles now have a 16-5 record.
