The Centennial Coyotes football squad scored 31 points and restricted the visiting Saguaro Sabercats to 17 in the Coyotes league victory on Friday.

The Coyotes now possess a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chandler for a non-league battle on Friday, October 6. Centennial will face a Wolves squad coming off a 49-28 league win over Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ). The Wolves record now stands at 6-0.

Coming up next, the Sabercats face the Chaparral Firebirds (Scottsdale, AZ) in a 6A Northeast Valley battle, on Friday, October 6. Saguaro will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Firebirds enter the battle with a 2-4 record after their 47-6 league loss to Pinnacle (Phoenix, AZ).
