The James Buchanan Rockets football squad scored 42 points and limited the visiting Parkside Eagles to 14 in the Rockets non-league win on Friday.

The Rockets now possess a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Nativity BVM for a non-league battle on Friday, October 19. James Buchanan will play a squad coming off a 28-20 league win over Bucktail (Farwell, PA). The record now stands at 7-2.

Coming up next, the Eagles play the Richard Wright Public Charter School Spartans (Washington, DC) in a Public Charter battle, on Saturday, October 20. Parkside will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record. The Spartans go into the battle with a 2-5 record after their 34-0 league loss to Kingsman Academy (Washington, DC).
