Nebraska High School Basketball - Gross Catholic overwhelms Duchesne

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Gross Catholic Cougars (Omaha, NE) and the visiting Duchesne Cardinals (Omaha, NE), saw Gross Catholic's basketball squad wallop Duchesne by a tally of 49-26.

With the victory, Gross Catholic improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Bishop Neumann (Wahoo, NE) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 2. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a record of 0-6. Bishop Neumann lost 47-28 in their recent non-league challenge against Seward (Seward, NE)

Next up, the Cardinals play the Aurora Huskies (Aurora, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 30. Duchesne will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 53-38 league loss to York (York, NE).
