South Carolina High School Football - Laurens knocked off by Hillcrest
September 13, 2019: Simpsonville, SC 29681 Hillcrest Rams (Simpsonville, SC) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Laurens Raiders (Laurens, SC), 23-6 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Hillcrest improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Rams host Dorman (Roebuck, SC) to battle the Cavaliers in a AAAAA Region 2 test on Friday, September 20. The Cavaliers come into the test with a record of 3-0. Dorman won 41-14 in their recent non-league test against Northwestern (Rock Hill, SC)
With the loss, Laurens drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Wade Hampton (Greenville, SC) to battle the Generals in a AAAAA Region 1 test on Friday, September 20. The Generals come into the test with a record of 0-3. Wade Hampton lost 63-32 in their recent non-league test against Eastside (Taylors, SC)
