The French Settlement Lions softball team scored 15 runs and held the host North Webster Knights to 0 in the Lions non-league win on Saturday.

The Lions now possess a 16-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marksville for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 22. French Settlement will confront a Tigers team coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Port Barre (Port Barre, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 13-11.

With the loss, North Webster moves to 7-10 on the season.
