Arizona High School Football - Willow Canyon trounced by Westview

September 22, 2023: Avondale, AZ 85323

Westview Knights (Avondale, AZ) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team rout the visiting Willow Canyon Wildcats (Surprise, AZ), 76-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Westview improves its record to 2-3 on the season. The Knights travel to North Canyon (Phoenix, AZ) to confront the Rattlers in a 5A Central Valley test on Thursday, September 28. The Rattlers go into the test with a record of 1-4. North Canyon lost 43-22 in their recent non-league test against Central (Phoenix, AZ)

With the loss, Willow Canyon moves to 1-4 on the season. The Wildcats host Valley Vista (Surprise, AZ) to confront the Monsoon in a non-league test on Friday, September 29. The Monsoon go into the test with a record of 0-5. Valley Vista lost 52-15 in their recent non-league test against Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ)
