Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Collinsville Pirates (Collinsville, TX) and the host Bland Tigers (Merit, TX), saw Collinsville's basketball squad hold off Bland by a tally of 55-52.

With the victory, Collinsville improves its record to 10-10 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Bowie (Simms, TX) to confront the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 16. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 19-11. Bowie won 49-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Fruitvale (Fruitvale, TX)
