California High School Basketball - Royal nips Dos Pueblos
December 6, 2018: Simi Valley, CA 93065 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Royal Highlanders (Simi Valley, CA) and the visiting Dos Pueblos Chargers (Goleta, CA), saw Royal's basketball squad hold off Dos Pueblos by a tally of 49-42.
With the victory, Royal improves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to St. Bonaventure (Ventura, CA) to play the Seraphs in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 7. The Seraphs come into the challenge with a record of 7-0. St. Bonaventure won 51-30 in their recent non-league challenge against Rio Mesa (Oxnard, CA)
Next up, the Chargers play the Nordhoff Rangers (Ojai, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 7. Dos Pueblos will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Rangers come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 39-26 non-league loss to Thacher (Ojai, CA).
