The Coronado Dons basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Wickenburg Wranglers to 41 in the Dons non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Dons now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to American Leadership Academy - Ironwood for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 12. Coronado will battle a Warriors team coming off a 58-44 non-league loss to Chandler Prep (Chandler, AZ). The Warriors record now stands at 3-4.

The Wranglers (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Coolidge (Coolidge, AZ). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Coolidge was defeated by San Manuel (San Manuel, AZ), 52-45, in a non-league contest.
