Fairbury Jeffs (Fairbury, NE) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Sandy Creek Cougars (Fairfield, NE), 21-7 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Fairbury improves its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Jeffs travel to Fillmore Central (Geneva, NE) to confront the Panthers in a C1 District 5 test on Friday, October 25. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 3-5. Fillmore Central lost 49-0 in their recent league test against Central City (Central City, NE)

With the loss, Sandy Creek drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Cougars host Superior (Superior, NE) to confront the Wildcats in a C2 District 5 test on Friday, October 25. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 1-7. Superior lost 54-0 in their recent league test against Sutton (Sutton, NE)
