The King's Academy (Seymour, TN) varsity football team won Friday's home conference game against Donelson Christian Academy (Nashville, TN) by a score of 17-14.

The King's Academy Lions football squad scored 17 points and restricted the visiting Donelson Christian Academy Wildcats to 14 in the Lions league victory on Friday.
The Lions now possess a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grace Baptist Academy for a Division II-A East battle on Friday, October 25. King's Academy will face a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 34-13 non-league loss to Silverdale Academy (Chattanooga, TN). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 2-5.
Coming up next, the Wildcats face the Grace Christian Academy Lions (Franklin, TN) in a non-league battle, on Friday, October 25. Donelson Christian Academy will attempt to advance on its 5-3 season record.
