The Horizon Science Academy basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Utica Redskins to 37 in the league triumph on Thursday.

The now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Hope Christian Academy for a Freelance contest on Saturday, January 5. Horizon Science Academy will meet a team coming off a 57-54 league loss to Patriot Prep Academy (Columbus, OH). The record now stands at 1-4.

The Redskins (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Elgin (Marion, OH). The Comets enter the non-league contest with a 2-10 record. In their last contest, Elgin was nudged by Pleasant (Marion, OH), 53-48, in a non-league contest.
