In Saturday's non-league match, the host Central Golden Eagles football squad scored a good 39-17 victory over the Minnechaug Regional Falcons.

In their next game, the Golden Eagles clash with the Longmeadow Lancers (Longmeadow, MA) in a AA match, on Friday, April 23. Central will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record.
