Washington, DC High School Basketball - Parkside overwhelms Somerset Prep
December 1, 2018: Washington, DC 20019 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Parkside Eagles (Washington, DC) and the visiting Somerset Prep Bulldogs (Washington, DC), saw Parkside's basketball squad wallop Somerset Prep by a tally of 92-24.
With the victory, Parkside improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 5. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 1-0.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the McKinley Tech Trainers (Washington, DC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 4. Somerset Prep will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Trainers come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 73-21 non-league win over Paul Public Charter International (Washington, DC).
