Maryland High School Basketball - Poly tops Forest Park
February 8, 2019: Baltimore, MD 21209 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Poly Engineers (Baltimore, MD) and the visiting Forest Park Foresters (Baltimore, MD), saw Poly's basketball squad knock off Forest Park by a count of 63-50.
With the victory, Poly upgrades its record to 12-3 on the campaign. The Engineers travel to Rock Creek Christian Academy (Upper Marlboro, MD) to play the in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 20. The come into the challenge with a record of 12-6. Rock Creek Christian Academy lost 69-49 in their recent league challenge against New Hope Academy (Landover Hills, MD)
Next up, the Foresters play the Dunbar Poets (Baltimore, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 12. Forest Park will attempt to upgrade on its 15-3 season record. The Poets come into the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 46-27 league win over Mergenthaler Vo-Tech (Baltimore, MD).
