September 20, 2019: Connellsville, PA 15425

The Greater Latrobe Wildcats (Latrobe, PA) football edged the host Connellsville Falcons (Connellsville, PA), 34-27 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the McKeesport Tigers (McKeesport, PA) in a WPIAL AAAAA Big East bout, on Friday, September 27. Greater Latrobe will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 3-2 record after their 62-40 league win over Plum (Pittsburgh, PA).

The Falcons (1-4) will now prepare for their bout against Thomas Jefferson (Jefferson Hills, PA). The Jaguars enter the non-league bout with a 5-0 record. In their last bout, Thomas Jefferson nudged Trinity (Washington, PA), 40-0, in a league bout.
