Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Morgan Huskies (Clinton, CT) and the visiting Portland Highlanders (Portland, CT), saw Morgan's basketball squad overcome Portland by a tally of 65-53.

With the victory, Morgan improves its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to East Hampton (East Hampton, CT) to confront the Bellringers in a Shoreline challenge on Monday, January 5. The Bellringers come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. East Hampton lost 60-55 in their recent league challenge against Hyde Leadership (Hamden, CT)
