Marion County Red Raiders (Guin, AL) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Valley Head Tigers (Valley Head, AL), 27-6 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Marion County improves its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Red Raiders travel to Pickens County (Reform, AL) to battle the Tornadoes in a non-league test on Friday, November 18. The Tornadoes come into the test with a record of 9-3. Pickens County won 44-36 in their recent non-league test against Meek (Arley, AL)

With the loss, Valley Head drops to 10-2 on the campaign.
