The Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes basketball team scored 81 points and held the visiting Foster Falcons to 65 in the Hurricanes league triumph on Friday.

The Hurricanes (24-5) will now prepare for their outing against Fort Bend Marshall (Missouri City, TX). The Buffalos go into the 5A Region III District 24 outing with a 16-13 record. In their last outing, Fort Bend Marshall was topped by Foster (Richmond, TX), 78-64, in a league outing.

The Falcons now own a 21-8 record. They play next when they host Shadow Creek for a 5A Region III District 24 outing on Tuesday, February 4. Foster will clash with a Sharks squad coming off a 88-49 league win over Lamar Consolidated (Rosenberg, TX). The Sharks record now stands at 22-2.
