In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Sunrise Mountain Mustangs baseball team scored a tight 5-3 victory over the Notre Dame Prep Saints.

The Mustangs (13-2) will now prepare for their game against Bradshaw Mountain (Prescott Valley, AZ). The Bears go into the non-league game with a 8-8 record. In their last game, Bradshaw Mountain by Buckeye (Buckeye, AZ), 6-2, in a non-league game.
