August 17, 2019: Lewis Center, OH 43035 The Northview Wildcats (Sylvania, OH) volleyball overcame the host Olentangy Braves (Lewis Center, OH), 3-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Northview upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Wildcats host Findlay (Findlay, OH) to encounter the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 20. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next, the Braves encounter the Dublin Coffman Shamrocks (Dublin, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 20. Olentangy will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.

OLENTANGY - In the first match of the year, the Northview LadyKats traveled to Olentangy High School to play the Braves in their third meeting in the last three years. This year, Northview was able to take care of the Braves in straight sets, 25-20, 25-17, 25-17 to move the LadyKats to 1-0.
Leading for Northview was junior setter, Clare Kwiatkowski, who dished out 33 assists and senior captain, Hannah Frame, with a team high 10 kills, hitting.269, while also contributing 8 digs. On the offensive side of the ball, junior middle blocker, Haley Catti, chipped in with 7 kills and freshman outside hitter, Sydney Hires contributed 6 kills.
