The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Liberty Lions (Brentwood, CA) and the visiting Central Catholic Raiders (Modesto, CA), observed Liberty's softball team notch a victory over Central Catholic by a final score of 14-3.

The Lions (24-4) will now prepare for their bout against Vanden (Fairfield, CA). The Vikings go into the non-league bout with a 22-4 record. In their last bout, Vanden gained a win over Foothill (Pleasanton, CA), 8-6, in a non-league bout.
