The Trinity Bulldogs baseball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Mount Pleasant Tigers to 5 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now own a 17-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Stokes for a non-league test on Friday, May 9. Trinity will play a Wildcats team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over East Davidson (Thomasville, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 23-2.

With the defeat, Mount Pleasant drops to 13-11 on the year.
