Indiana High School Basketball - Mishawaka over St. Joseph
January 15, 2019: Mishawaka, IN 46544 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Mishawaka Cavemen (Mishawaka, IN) and the visiting St. Joseph Bears (St. Joseph, MI), witnessed Mishawaka's basketball squad beat St. Joseph by a margin of 43-25.
The Cavemen (7-4) will now prepare for their test against South Bend Clay (South Bend, IN). The Colonials go into the Northern Indiana test with a 2-9 record. In their last test, South Bend Clay was beaten by South Bend St. Joseph (South Bend, IN), 81-45, in a league test.
The Bears now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they host Portage Central for a Southwestern Michigan - West test on Friday, January 18. St. Joseph will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 67-59 league win over Portage Northern (Portage, MI). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-4.
