Connecticut High School Basketball - Parish Hill edges Metropolitan Learning Center

The Parish Hill Pirates (Chaplin, CT) basketball nipped the host Metropolitan Learning Center Dragons (Bloomfield, CT), 61-56 in Friday's league test.

The Pirates (12-6) will now prepare for their test against Griswold (Griswold, CT). The Wolverines go into the non-league test with a 13-5 record. In their last test, Griswold was tipped by St. Bernard (Uncasville, CT), 45-29, in a league test.

The Dragons now own a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Grasso Tech for a non-league test on Monday, February 11. Metropolitan Learning Center will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 73-53 non-league win over Vinal RVT (Middletown, CT). The Eagles record now stands at 5-9.
