Mississippi High School Basketball - Linden ripped by Kemper County
December 22, 2018: DeKalb, MS 39328 The Kemper County Wildcats basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Linden Patriots to 30 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now sport a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northeast Lauderdale for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 27. Kemper County will meet a Trojans team coming off a 49-47 non-league loss to Forest (Forest, MS). The Trojans record now stands at 8-2.
The Patriots (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Sweet Water (Sweet Water, AL). The Bulldogs enter the 1A Area 4 contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Sweet Water was routed by Thomasville (Thomasville, AL), 52-18, in a non-league contest.
