Kennett Blue Demons (Kennett Square, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Great Valley Patriots (Malvern, PA), 9-1 in a league test.

With the win, Kennett upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Blue Demons travel to Downingtown West (Downingtown, PA) to battle the Whippets in a Ches-Mont test on Monday, April 15. The Whippets come into the test with a record of 6-2. Downingtown West lost 5-4 in their recent league test against East (West Chester, PA)

With the defeat, Great Valley falls to 2-6 on the season. The Patriots travel to Phoenixville (Phoenixville, PA) to battle the Phantoms in a non-league test on Saturday, April 13. The Phantoms come into the test with a record of 6-1. Phoenixville lost 5-2 in their recent league test against Pottsgrove (Pottsgrove, PA)
