Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Bay Tigers (Bay St. Louis, MS) and the visiting West Harrison Hurricanes (Gulfport, MS), saw Bay's basketball squad hold off West Harrison by a count of 54-53.

With the victory, Bay upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Tigers host St. Martin (Ocean Springs, MS) to play the Yellow Jackets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 11. The Yellow Jackets come into the challenge with a record of 9-1. St. Martin won 50-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Vancleave (Vancleave, MS)
