Louisiana High School Football - Westminster Academy victorious over North Central

October 11, 2019: Opelousas, LA 70570

The Westminster Academy Crusaders (Opelousas, LA) football overcame the visiting North Central Hurricanes (Lebeau, LA), 24-12 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Crusaders face the Sacred Heart Trojans (Ville Platte, LA) in a 1A District 5 bout, on Friday, October 18. Westminster Academy will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Trojans enter the bout with a 3-4 record after their 36-12 league loss to Catholic of Pointe Coupee (New Roads, LA).

The Hurricanes (0-6) will now prepare for their bout against St. Edmund (Eunice, LA). The Fighting Blue Jays enter the 1A District 5 bout with a 3-3 record. In their last bout, St. Edmund was toppled by Opelousas Catholic (Opelousas, LA), 35-6, in a league bout.
