Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ) and the visiting Notre Dame Prep Saints (Scottsdale, AZ), saw Desert Mountain's basketball squad hold off Notre Dame Prep by a tally of 48-47.

With the victory, Desert Mountain improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wolves host Desert Vista (Phoenix, AZ) to confront the Thunder in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 23. The Thunder come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Desert Vista lost 42-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Perry (Gilbert, AZ)

Next up, the Saints confront the Estrella Foothills Wolves (Goodyear, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 26. Notre Dame Prep will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 62-30 non-league loss to Perry (Gilbert, AZ).
