West Bloomfield Lakers (West Bloomfield, MI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Rockford Rams (Rockford, MI), 55-47 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, West Bloomfield upgrades its record to 26-1 on the campaign. The Lakers travel to Grand Blanc (Grand Blanc, MI) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 23. The Bobcats come into the bout with a record of 23-4. Grand Blanc won 54-45 in their recent non-league bout against Belleville (Belleville, MI)
