Arizona High School Basketball - San Carlos fells Fort Thomas
January 13, 2024: Fort Thomas, AZ 85536 San Carlos Braves (San Carlos, AZ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Fort Thomas Apaches (Fort Thomas, AZ), 56-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, San Carlos upgrades its record to 13-2 on the season. The Braves travel to San Tan Charter (Gilbert, AZ) to clash with the Roadrunners in a 2A Valley bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Roadrunners go into the bout with a record of 2-12. San Tan Charter lost 40-20 in their recent non-league bout against Highland Prep (Surprise, AZ)
Next up, the Apaches clash with the Dishchii'bikoh Wildcats (Cibecue, AZ) in a 1A Copper bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Fort Thomas will attempt to upgrade on its 13-8 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 50-14 league win over Superior (Superior, AZ).
