Bishop McCort Crushers (Johnstown, PA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Serra Catholic Eagles (McKeesport, PA), 61-55 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Bishop McCort upgrades its record to 25-2 on the campaign. The Crushers travel to Clairton (Clairton, PA) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 12. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 21-6. Clairton won 55-51 in their recent non-league bout against Redbank Valley (New Bethlehem, PA)
