December 15, 2017: Tampa, FL 33613 The Superior Collegiate Legion basketball team (Clearwater, FL), was routed 71-48 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Carrollwood Day Patriots (Tampa, FL)
The Patriots now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sports Leadership & Management for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 16. Carrollwood Day will battle a Spartans team coming off a 58-53 non-league loss to Four Corners (Davenport, FL). The Spartans record now stands at 2-4.
The Legion (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Bell Creek Academy (Riverview, FL). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 4-6 record. In their last battle, Bell Creek Academy was routed by All Saints' Academy (Winter Haven, FL), 79-54, in a non-league battle.
