The Flower Mound Jaguars football team (Flower Mound, TX), was beaten 56-35 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting De Soto Eagles (De Soto, TX)

The Eagles (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX). The Stallions come into the 5A Region II District 11 challenge with a 3-1 record.

The Jaguars now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Hebron for a 5A Region I District 6 challenge on Friday, October 9. Flower Mound will meet a Hawks team coming off a 45-42 non-league win over Cooper (Abilene, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 3-2.
