Chadron Cardinals (Chadron, NE) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Mitchell Tigers (Mitchell, NE), 47-21 in a league test.

With the triumph, Chadron improves its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Gering (Gering, NE) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Friday, October 19. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 0-8. Gering lost 61-12 in their recent league test against McCook (McCook, NE)

With the loss, Mitchell drops to 4-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host Sidney (Sidney, NE) to confront the Red Raiders in a C1 District 8 test on Friday, October 19. The Red Raiders come into the test with a record of 5-3. Sidney won 14-12 in their recent league test against Chase County (Imperial, NE)
