Nevada High School Basketball - Wooster nudges South Tahoe

The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Wooster Colts (Reno, NV) and the visiting South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA), observed Wooster's basketball team edge South Tahoe by a score of 66-61.

The Colts (5-12) will now prepare for their challenge against North Valleys (Reno, NV). The Panthers come into the 3A Northern - West challenge with a 10-3 record. In their last challenge, North Valleys edged Truckee (Truckee, CA), 54-40, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Vikings encounter the Sparks Railroaders (Sparks, NV) in a 3A Northern - West challenge, on Friday, January 17. South Tahoe will attempt to improve on its 11-5 season record. The Railroaders come into the challenge with a 2-15 record after their 51-27 league loss to Hug (Reno, NV).
