Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes (Missouri City, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Fort Bend Kempner Cougars (Sugar Land, TX), 75-37 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Fort Bend Hightower upgrades its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Hurricanes travel to Ridge Point (Missouri City, TX) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 13. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 9-2.

Next up, the Cougars play the Benjamin Davis Falcons (Houston, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 13. Fort Bend Kempner will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record.
