Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Thayer Central Titans (Hebron, NE) and the host Red Cloud Warriors (Red Cloud, NE), saw Thayer Central's basketball squad wallop Red Cloud by a tally of 68-12.

With the victory, Thayer Central improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Fairbury (Fairbury, NE) to confront the Jeffs in a C1 District 2 challenge on Saturday, December 8. The Jeffs come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Fairbury lost 77-41 in their recent league challenge against Milford (Milford, NE)

Next up, the Warriors confront the Sumner-Eddyville-Miller Mustangs (Sumner, NE) in a D2 District 8 challenge, on Saturday, December 8. Red Cloud will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 59-32 league loss to Elm Creek (Elm Creek, NE).
