In Wednesday's league challenge, the General McLane Lancers (Edinboro, PA) baseball squad the visiting Corry Beavers (Corry, PA), by a final score of 5-3.

With the win, General McLane upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Lancers travel to Fort LeBoeuf (Waterford, PA) to battle the Bison in a District 10 Region 7 challenge on Thursday, April 18. The Bison come into the challenge with a record of 2-5. Fort LeBoeuf lost 1-0 in their recent league challenge against Harbor Creek (Harborcreek, PA)

With the defeat, Corry falls to 3-4 on the season. The Beavers host Meadville (Meadville, PA) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 18. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 5-2. Meadville lost 5-2 in their recent league challenge against McDowell (Erie, PA)
