Corona del Sol Aztecs (Tempe, AZ) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Valley Vista Monsoon (Surprise, AZ), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Aztecs clash with the Basha Bears (Chandler, AZ) in a non-league match, on Thursday, August 31. Corona del Sol will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record. The Bears come into the match with a 0-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Desert Ridge (Mesa, AZ).

With the loss, Valley Vista drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Monsoon host Liberty (Peoria, AZ) to clash with the Lions in a non-league match on Thursday, August 31. The Lions come into the match with a record of 1-1. Liberty won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Hamilton (Chandler, AZ)
