December 4, 2018: Davidson, NC 28036 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Community School of Davidson Spartans (Davidson, NC) and the visiting Piedmont Community Charter Patriots (Gastonia, NC), saw Community School of Davidson's basketball squad wallop Piedmont Community Charter by a tally of 62-36.
With the victory, Community School of Davidson improves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC) to confront the Raptor in a PAC 7 1A challenge on Friday, December 7. The Raptor come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Mountain Island Charter lost 66-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Charlotte Latin (Charlotte, NC)
Next up, the Patriots confront the Carolina International School Comets (Concord, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 7. Piedmont Community Charter will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Comets come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 83-15 non-league win over Varsity Opponent (, ).
