The Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Birmingham Patriots (Lake Balboa, CA), 75-33 in Wednesday's league test.

The Toreadors (13-3) will now prepare for their test against Cleveland (Reseda, CA). The Cavaliers go into the West Valley test with a 10-7 record. In their last test, Cleveland walloped Granada Hills (Granada Hills, CA), 51-39, in a league test.

The Patriots now own a 12-6 record. They take the field next when they host El Camino Real for a West Valley test on Friday, January 22. Birmingham will clash with a Conquistadors squad coming off a 63-61 league loss to Chatsworth (Chatsworth, CA). The Conquistadors record now stands at 8-10.
