West Virginia High School Baseball - Oak Hill can't hold off Shady Spring
April 24, 2019: Shady Spring, WV 25918 In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Shady Spring Tigers baseball team scored a tight 9-8 victory over the Oak Hill Red Devils.
The Tigers (10-8) will now prepare for their game against Independence (Coal City, WV). The Patriots go into the non-league game with a 8-10 record. In their last game, Independence tipped Liberty (Glen Daniel, WV), 10-8, in a league game.
The Red Devils (19-11) will now prepare for their game against Fayetteville (Fayetteville, WV). The Pirates go into the Coalfield AA game with a 7-7 record. In their last game, Fayetteville was edged by Summers County (Hinton, WV), 9-5, in a league game.
